Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan)

Tai Chi (Taiji) gives the practitioner an excellent method for relaxation and for enhancing internal energy (氣 Qi). It can be practiced by people of all ages, improving one’s health with a variety of problems such as high blood pressure, arthritis, asthma, stomach ailments, heart problems, and nervousness.

The practice of Taiji, helps the circulation in the body to build up an abundant level of internal strength, benefiting both physical and mental stamina.

The Curriculum in our school includes complete traditional training for your health and martial arts needs:

Traditional Taijiquan 太極拳 (Chen 陳 and Yang 楊 styles), Taiji Qigong, Yang style - Long Form, Chen style Yilu, Erlu and Combined Form, Pushing Hands, Matching two person (San Shou), Weapons practice: Sword, Saber and Spear
