Traditional Martial Arts for Adults 

Chinese Kung Fu training gives an individual an excellent method of exercise, a personal arts form, a competitive sport, and a basis for self-defense and sparring. This class emphasizes a combination of traditional training with modern methods and builds your strength, endurance, flexibility and self-defense.

The styles taught in our school include the traditional external systems of Bei Quan (北拳 Northern Boxing), which include complete training for styles Bajiquan 八極拳, Fanziquan 翻子拳, Piguaquan 劈掛拳, Chuojiao 戳腳, also Emei system 峨嵋 is taught in our school, as well as over 18 classical Chinese weapons, Qinna (joint locks & control), Shuaijiao (Chinese wrestling), hard Qigong, and Sanshou (sparring).
