Inner Transformation 2012 Workshop
with Master Ping Zhen Cheng

  • On November 16-18, 2012  we were privileged to host Master Ping Zhen Cheng  for two seminars. His  extensive knowledge and experience with Martial Arts and Qigong made this a unique and valuable learning experience  for attending students.


This workshops cover the following topics techniques: 

  "Traps toward transformation" - Friday Night Discussion/Q&A

Demystifying stages of Qigong, Chakra development & enlightenment through 3 stages of consciousness; recognizing the differences between manifested layers of the TRUE Self & the false selves in three areas: energy, emotion & awareness or Jing,Qi, Shen. Also, experiencing a 10 min "Mingxin Yoga" workout based on the ancient Zen yoga of Yijinjing credited to the legendary manuals of Tendon Transformation & Marrow-Washing of Bodhidharma.

Zen Yoga of Marrow Washing & Tendon Transformation

Discovering the in depth teaching of the ancient Zen Yoga Yijinjing from the legendary manuals of Tendon Transformation & Marrow-Washing of Bodhidharma. Through standing, sitting &floor postures, the freedom of the mind & heart can be realized from the 5 stages of point, line, plane, spherical & pure presence meditation. This workshop will feature a condensed short version of Yijinjing with many holistic health applications of its unique Qigong components.

Energy Detox & Re-alignment of the Lymph Node & Immune Systems

Combing voice vibration, spinal re-adjustment & meditation to detox & reconstruct the inner energy system.



Ping Zhen Cheng is currently the director of Zen (Chan) Meditation Studies at Beijing's Dharma Online Institute.  It is China's first & largest online meditation studies program.  His lineage is from both Zen(Chan) & Tibetan Buddhism & as the founder of Taichizen International, a network of more than 50 centers throughout the US and China, he teaches a modern holistic wellness approach called "Enlightenment Living"  including "Taichizen" & "Mingxin Yoga".  As a US citizen, Ping relocated to China to teach after the Sichuan Earthquake of 2008.  The system integrated the essential principles of Soto Zen, Yunmen Zen, Dzogchen,Taoist Alchemy and transpersonal psychology. He has taught in China National Buddhism Institute at Guangji Temple in Being, Shambala International, as well as many other institutes of multi -spiritual faiths through out Asia & US. Prior to that, he served as director of Physical Arts Dept. for the New York College of Health Professions, Graduate School of Oriental Medicine in Syosett, NY where he lectured on Chinese Medicine & Qigong, coached national & international Tai Chi & Kung Fu champions. He was the first to develop a Medical Tai Chi Instructor Certification curriculum based on oriental medicine principles in the US.
