Chinese Martial Arts was founded by Eva and Narcyz Latecki in February, 1998 and was later incorporated in 2004 to become Athletic Balance, LLC. Over time our school has grown and in 2006 has relocated to new location, at

We are located on Route 2A behind D’Angelo’s Sub Shop, just one minute from the Concord Rotary, and about 30 minutes from Boston. Our new facility is 5,000 square feet with two spacious work-out rooms, private changing rooms, a shower, and a pro-shop for your martial arts goods/needs. Our parking area covers over 30 vehicle spaces and is surrounded by natural landscaping. This area is also convenient for students'/parents' shopping needs, close to supermarkets, and restaurants, as well as with easy access to other major conveniences.
